About Us

I founded V1 NEO after 10 years of working in airport planning and property development. I have worked as an airport planner and project manager supporting a range of aviation projects on the consultant side; and also as a project manager on the client-side supporting property development projects and navigating the UK’s planning system. During this time I saw an opportunity to support clients in leading and driving projects whether they are airport operators, consultancies or land owners.

As a small business, I have the flexibility to support small and large-scale projects. On small-scale projects, I can provide a leading role and drive the team with clear objectives and directly support the production of technical deliverables. On longer-term or large-scale projects I can integrate as part of the project team to alleviate any resourcing constraints and lead specific or multi-disciplinary workstreams – all while working collaboratively to get the most out of project teams.

In my career to date, if there’s one thing I have learnt it is that I am absolutely passionate about delivering for clients. Airports are a complex system of sub-systems which often provide dynamic challenges and no property development path is ever the same. These projects require unique and innovative solutions which, since I am a problem solver at heart,  is what motivates and drives me to consistently deliver for clients.
